Data used
The site may receive data that the customer enters while placing an order: selected service, options, contact fields and order-cabinet messages.
Checkout also stores technical order data: order number, amount, selected coin, payment status and temporary cabinet password.
First-party traffic analytics
On public pages, Wallet Shop uses first-party analytics to understand how visitors find the site and which sections perform better. It records pages viewed, referral sources and advertising tags, country, and general browser and device characteristics.
The IP address and full user-agent string are not stored. They are processed briefly to create a technical identifier that changes each day and determine broad device categories. Temporary session and referral data may be stored until the tab is closed.
Analytics is disabled on checkout and payment pages. Wallet Shop honours DNT and Global Privacy Control signals, does not send statistics to third-party analytics services and deletes events within 90 days.
Purpose
The data is used to create payment details, correctly confirm the payment status, process the order and communicate about it.
Storage and access
The order number, contact and technical order data, temporary password and delivery file are automatically deleted 24 hours after payment confirmation. An unpaid order request is deleted 24 hours after creation.
Until deletion, access to order data is limited to order handling and support tasks.
We do not publish order data and do not ask customers to send unnecessary sensitive details through the public form.
